Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in production AI/ML systems
- Hands-on AWS experience including Bedrock or equivalent foundation model services
- Experience with S3 Lambda Step Functions SageMaker OpenSearch DynamoDB ECS or EKS
- Experience building AI pipelines or agentic systems for long documents audio video large datasets or streaming inputs
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering context window management chunking and output validation
- Proficiency in Python and at least one LLM framework such as LangChain LlamaIndex LangGraph or Bedrock Agents
- Solid data engineering fundamentals including cleaning transforming embedding indexing and retrieval
- Experience designing evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic AI systems

Day to day
- Design and build production AI pipelines that extract structured insight from long-form and multimodal data such as video, documents, and streaming inputs.
- Architect autonomous agent systems with planning, memory, evaluation, tool use, and guardrails to keep outputs reliable and controlled.
- Build scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS, making pragmatic choices across model selection, prompt design, RAG, fine-tuning, and observability.
