Requirements
- 5+ years of production software engineering in Python TypeScript Java or Go
- Hands-on experience with GCP cloud-native microservices and Vertex AI
- Experience building debugging and shipping LLM applications RAG pipelines and agent frameworks
- Proven ability to mitigate LLM failure modes with schema enforcement tool validation and fallback logic
- Experience integrating AI systems with legacy APIs CRMs and databases in regulated environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in high-pressure customer-facing remediation scenarios

Day to day
- Lead rapid red-to-green recovery efforts for enterprise AI deployments
- Debug and remediate production agentic workflows using GECX G3 and Gemini stack frameworks
