Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science Engineering or related field
- 4 to 7 years of software engineering experience with 2 years shipping AI or LLM systems to production
- Strong Python and or TypeScript with full stack comfort
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs prompt engineering function calling tool use and agent patterns
- Experience building AI guardrails or safety systems including PII masking output filtering and audit logging
- Practical understanding of model risk management including documentation validation and monitoring
- Experience with at least one framework such as LangChain LlamaIndex Semantic Kernel Guardrails AI or Microsoft Promptflow
- Solid security fundamentals including OAuth 2.0 secret management and least-privilege API access
- Experience with Azure or equivalent cloud platform
- Comfort working in a regulated industry or ability to learn fast and partner with compliance teams
- Comfort in a small senior team with minimal layers
- Customer-facing maturity to run meetings with senior credit union leaders

- Design and ship production AI systems that improve workflows for community financial institutions.
- Embed with credit union partners to gather requirements, translate pain points, and deliver reliable AI-powered solutions quickly.
- Build and monitor agentic AI, RAG, and automation pipelines with strong guardrails, auditability, and cost discipline.
