Requirements
- Python fluently for pipelines agent systems data processing and scripting
- Active GitHub with meaningful commit history
- REST and GraphQL API experience building integrations
- SQL schema design experience
- Full-stack development with Next.js or equivalent in production
- LLM API usage with Anthropic or OpenAI and agent orchestration frameworks
- Vector databases and RAG experience
- Experience ingesting and fusing data from multiple external sources
- Ability to translate raw signal into structured actionable output
- Experience building dashboards or reporting layers others depend on operationally
- Working knowledge of GTM and marketing team workflows
- Crypto experience is a meaningful plus

Day to day
- Own the intelligence layer end to end by building systems that collect and structure signals from social platforms on-chain activity and ads ecosystems
- Design and maintain data pipelines agentic workflows and full-stack applications that turn raw multi-source data into actionable intelligence
- Work directly with marketing leads and client teams to map real workflows identify signal gaps and ship live measurable tools that multiple teams depend on
