Requirements
- Python fluently for pipelines agent systems and data processing
- Active GitHub with meaningful commit history
- REST and GraphQL API experience building integrations
- SQL schema design experience
- Full-stack development with Next.js or equivalent shipped to production
- LLM API usage with Anthropic or OpenAI including agent orchestration frameworks
- Vector databases and RAG experience
- Experience ingesting and fusing data from multiple external sources
- Ability to translate raw signal into structured actionable output for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience building dashboards or reporting layers used operationally
- Working knowledge of GTM and marketing team workflows
- Crypto experience is a meaningful plus

Day to day
- Build and maintain agentic systems that continuously collect process and surface signals from social platforms on-chain data and ads ecosystems
- Design and maintain data pipelines that ingest from multiple external APIs enrich and model data and create semantic layers usable by humans and AI agents
- Develop multi-step AI agents and full-stack dashboards that automate research synthesis monitoring and reporting for internal teams and client accounts
