Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years driving Machine Learning / AI projects and solution design
- Accountable ownership of solution architecture
- Good working understanding of modern GenAI agentic designs and frameworks
- Ability to define security boundaries and model/tool controls
- Experience establishing delivery governance and release gates
- Understanding of Cloud services and Agile delivery tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial founder's mindset to own delivery end-to-end
- Exposure to financial-services or regulated enterprise domains is a plus

Day to day
- Own the solution architecture and make accountable design decisions across the AI platform.
- Guide integration patterns for GenAI agents and data/tool connections, including MCP-style approaches.
- Lead delivery governance, enforce release gates, and coordinate execution across engineering, product, and client teams.
