Requirements
- Strong background in machine learning data science and applied AI
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI Copilot Studio and Microsoft ecosystem tools
- Experience building chatbots copilots or similar AI-driven automation
- Solid programming skills with Python
- Knowledge of MCP Model Context Protocol is a plus
- Experience preparing datasets and building ML pipelines
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and agile delivery practices
- Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of data protection best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into AI solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts simply to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of related work experience

Day to day
