Requirements
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools as a core part of the daily engineering workflow
- Experience with Claude Code GitHub Copilot Microsoft Copilot or other modern AI-assisted development tools
- Ability to demonstrate using AI to increase speed and productivity generate refactor optimize code improve testing and debugging understand and modernize codebases and enhance collaboration
- Strong experience with .NET / C#
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with pair programming and/or mob programming
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Day to day
- Build and enhance modern .NET applications with production-quality focus
- Use AI-assisted development tools daily to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Collaborate in pair programming and mob programming while modernizing and refactoring existing applications
- Write review test and troubleshoot code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices using Azure DevOps
