Requirements
- 3+ years in technical operations platform engineering or related field
- Experience building and deploying AI or LLM tools in production or company-wide use
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AI APIs and platforms such as OpenAI Anthropic Cohere or similar
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering RAG pipelines and AI workflow orchestration
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation tools such as Zapier Make or n8n
- Excellent communication skills for explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Own the internal AI tooling roadmap and prioritize automation opportunities with department leads.
- Prototype, build, and ship AI-powered internal tools, including chatbots, workflow automations, document processors, and data pipelines.
- Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into existing systems, maintain reusable prompt libraries, and provide training across the organization.
