- Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms
- Deep background working in Copilot Studio and M365 AI environments

Day to day
- Administer Copilot Studio and M365 AI environments with careful attention to governance and operational stability.
- Manage access control DLP and policy enforcement across enterprise AI platforms to maintain secure compliant usage.
- Support environment provisioning configuration monitoring and identity integrations while ensuring platform compliance and smooth service delivery.
