Remote AI Platform Engineer Job in United States Paychex

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field - Required
• 1 year of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, preferably in a financial or fintech setting
• 5 years of experience in Developing Software Solutions
• 2 years of experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous
• 2 years of experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
• 1 year of experience in LLM tuning and tools like LangChain

What the job involves

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address various challenges and build out AI functionality for our clients
• Train, validate, and fine-tune AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries, and assess their performance using appropriate metrics
• Deploy AI models into production environments, collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, and monitor model performance in real-time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology, and apply innovative solutions to solve complex HR and Payroll problems
• Lead creation of data analytics capability for identifying key performance drivers and action plans to continuously improve performance and competitiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to drive AI initiatives and projects
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and processes
