- Experience shipping full-stack products to real users with accountability
- Strong skills in React Next.js TypeScript Node.js or Python and PostgreSQL
- Experience integrating LLM APIs or AI-powered features in production
- Strong product instincts and ability to improve user experience proactively
- Ability to move fast under ambiguity and write maintainable code
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Day to day
- Build a new AI-native product from the ground up with end-to-end ownership across the stack

- Own data architecture deployment infrastructure and quality practices while using AI coding tools as part of the daily workflow
