Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Ability to build end-to-end products across frontend and backend
- Experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products
- Strong communication skills oral and written

Day to day
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand needs and shape solutions
- Build products from 0 to 1 across the full stack and ship quickly
- Design and improve AI-driven systems and workflows for clean energy finance diligence
- Select tools and frameworks while helping define how high-quality AI products are built at Crux
- Work closely with product commercial and legal teams to reimagine transaction processes
