Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production
- Experience building MCPs used in production
- Strong grasp of reliability observability permissions and safe workflow execution
- Experience across product and engineering with scoping and decision-making ownership
- Proficiency with React TypeScript Node PostgreSQL GraphQL and LangGraph
- Experience at an early-stage startup under 20 engineers
- Clear proactive communication and low ego team-first mindset

Day to day
- Architect and build a multi-agent system in production that safely operates across ERP CRM spreadsheets calendars email analytics and compliance systems
- Build and maintain MCP integrations that connect the harness to real business systems and enable agentic workflows
- Own production concerns end to end including reliability observability permissions and safe execution while shaping the product direction
