Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2-3+ years of AI development experience
- Experience designing event-driven asynchronous systems using Kafka SQS or BullMQ
- Experience managing state across sessions and handling concurrency and race conditions
- Experience enforcing structured outputs with Pydantic Zod or JSON Schema
- Strong understanding of REST GraphQL or RPC API design with authentication rate limiting and idempotency
- Advanced Python skills including asyncio decorators and modern Python ecosystem
- TypeScript or Node experience for integration and application logic
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph or custom agent loops
- Experience with RAG systems hybrid search re-ranking and chunking strategies
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone pgvector or Weaviate
- Advanced SQL skills including query optimization and indexing
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes or similar orchestration platforms
- Experience running isolated environments for code execution

Day to day
- Lead the architecture and delivery of AI-powered systems that turn probabilistic model outputs into dependable product features.
- Build agents retrieval pipelines orchestration layers and reasoning workflows with strong guardrails and scalable design.
- Define evaluation observability and reliability standards that make AI capabilities safe secure and production-ready across the platform.
