Requirements
- 5+ years of product management technology delivery digital transformation innovation operations or enterprise software experience
- Experience managing enterprise software AI automation data workflow or knowledge management initiatives from strategy through adoption
- Strong understanding of AI and LLM capabilities agentic workflows governance requirements product discovery agile delivery and change management
- Experience writing PRDs roadmaps business cases MVP definitions success metrics rollout plans and executive status updates
- Ability to evaluate AI use cases through a business-value lens including efficiency quality risk adoption revenue potential and operational impact
- Excellent stakeholder management communication prioritization facilitation and decision-framing skills
- Comfort working across technical teams functional SMEs external partners and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools as an active part of your development or product workflow

Day to day
- Lead the strategy prioritization delivery adoption and measurement of internal AI initiatives that advance the agency’s AI operating model
- Turn the AI vision into a practical roadmap across GPT enablement agentic workflows Claims Library Orchestration Engine memory tools production standardization and workflow automation
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external experts to move solutions from concept to pilot to production and scaled adoption while ensuring governance quality and measurable impact
