Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 3-6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or platform products
  • Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products
  • Strong understanding of LLMs prompt design RAG and AI agent workflows
  • Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems such as OpenAI Anthropic vector databases and orchestration frameworks
  • Experience defining and improving AI system performance through metrics and evaluation
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate and refine product requirements prototype experiences and analyze customer feedback and product data
  • Demonstrated ability to increase speed and effectiveness by integrating AI into daily workflows
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear actionable product direction
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Day to day

  • Own the strategy and execution of customer-facing AI solutions, including the Model Context Platform and supporting AI services.
  • Define and prioritize roadmap items for conversational experiences, agent capabilities, and workflow automation.
  • Partner with engineering, data, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable AI features, prototype ideas, and improve product performance.
