Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent
- 10-15 years of overall experience with significant product management experience
- Strong experience leading large multi-team product initiatives preferably in AI/ML or cloud products
- Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle including LLMs agentic architectures RAG pipelines and MLOps
- Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical vision to technical and non-technical leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking product metrics
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Day to day
- Define the product vision strategy and roadmap for Generative AI agentic solutions
- Translate operational pain points into clear product requirements user stories and measurable outcomes
- Partner with engineering support and application teams to deliver safe reliable and scalable AI products
- Own evaluation frameworks integrations and feedback loops to improve production operations and user experience
