Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows
- Solid working knowledge of LLMs including capabilities and limitations
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation or workflow platform such as n8n Zapier Make Tray.io or Workato
- Comfortable using AI coding tools to build and ship complete projects end-to-end
- Understanding of AI agent workflows plus working knowledge of RAG and memory concepts
- Automation-first mindset with experience across complex business systems such as Salesforce HubSpot NetSuite or Gong
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate operational complexity for executives and cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with revenue and marketing systems and workflows such as CRM data flows campaign automation lead scoring or pipeline reporting

Day to day
- Map manual business processes across Finance HR Operations Marketing and the revenue funnel to uncover automation opportunities
- Design build test and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools from stakeholder requirements through to production
- Deploy and maintain AI agents and automations using APIs webhooks LLMs RAG memory patterns and workflow platforms
