- Own full-cycle recruiting across AI research scientists computational biologists and drug discovery leaders
- Source outreach screen and close niche technical talent in AI ML biology and biotech
- Build scalable hiring pipelines interview frameworks and ATS processes while representing the company at key conferences and events
