Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in consulting operations or technology roles
- Background in high-performance consulting environments such as McKinsey BCG Deloitte or similar
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- Hands-on experience implementing AI or automation solutions with production-grade testing in a business setting
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through technology initiatives
- Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows
- High business acumen across Sales Marketing Customer Success HR Finance and Ops
- Working knowledge of modern AI tools LLMs agentic frameworks prompt engineering and workflow automation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data analysis and visualization skills including SQL Python and dashboarding tools
- Understanding of AI governance ethics and responsible AI practices

Day to day
- Partner with business leaders and process owners to uncover high-impact AI opportunities and translate workflows into practical solutions.
- Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows using modern tools, automation platforms, and prompt engineering to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Drive change management, AI enablement, and measurement frameworks that scale responsible adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
