- 5+ years in program or project management management consulting business operations or similar cross-functional delivery role
- Experience deploying generative AI tools in business settings including prompt engineering workflow automation or AI-assisted process redesign
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across functions with competing priorities and timelines
- Strong communication and facilitation skills for discovery sessions senior leader presentations and team alignment
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to scope and structure undefined work
- High personal accountability and follow-through with focus on closing loops
- Experience in a software company or tech-adjacent environment especially post-merger or high-growth
- Familiarity with ERP CRM and support platforms
- Experience building or scaling an AI adoption program or center of excellence
- Background in change management or organizational design
- PMP or equivalent certification or comparable experience

- Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs across all functions, turning strategy into measurable operational change.
