Requirements

  • 7+ years in program management transformation PMO business operations consulting or strategy execution
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise-wide transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive-level reporting
  • Ability to work independently manage ambiguity and operate in fast-moving environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience with Jira Asana Smartsheet Monday.com or similar tools
  • Comfortable working across global teams and supporting U.S. Eastern Time meetings

Day to day

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and executive reporting to keep leadership aligned and ensure commitments move forward.
