Requirements
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/LLM systems in production
- 2+ years designing and operating agentic workflows and pipelines with multi-step orchestration, tool use, evaluation, and governance
- Experience embedded in modern development teams practicing GitOps and CI/CD
- Required working knowledge of grounded AI patterns including RAG context engineering structured outputs and LLM observability
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in JavaScript TypeScript and/or Python
- Comfort working with Angular React and Express web applications
- Alignment with continuous delivery culture and small-batch fast-feedback practices
- Self-starter mindset with bias for action and measurable delivery
- Strong communication skills to explain technical architecture and ROI
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and be US-remote

Day to day
- Design and operate agentic workflows across the full software development lifecycle, including planning, code generation, review, testing, documentation, and release, all integrated with GitOps and CI/CD infrastructure
- Improve developer experience by introducing AI-powered coding agents, automated review, intelligent test generation, and self-service tooling that reduces friction and increases output
- Build retrieval-grounded, context-aware systems with robust evaluation harnesses, governance controls, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and audit trails to ensure trustworthy results
