Requirements
- Experience in business transformation operational excellence process improvement programme delivery consulting AI transformation SaaS operations or similar field
- Strong ability to understand map and improve business workflows or operating practices
- Experience turning ambiguous business problems into clear opportunities plans and outcomes
- Comfort working across business technology data automation legal risk or compliance stakeholders
- Practical understanding of AI tools automation workflow tooling or digital transformation
- Good delivery discipline without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Commercial judgement and a clear link between workflow change and business value
- Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in SaaS technology digital platforms consulting or high-growth global businesses is strongly preferred

Day to day
- Work with functions to identify high-value AI-enabled workflow improvements and turn business priorities into practical transformation opportunities.
- Map current-state workflows, expose bottlenecks and design future-state ways of working that clarify where humans lead and where AI can assist or automate.
- Coordinate delivery support across business, technology, data, governance and adoption partners so improvements are safe, measurable and embedded.
