- Able to manage diverse works and supply chain activities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly

- Assist the Senior Technical Facilities Manager in delivering internal hard service maintenance and project works.
- Manage pre-planned maintenance tasks and ensure compliance and operational standards.
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors and maintain good relations.
- Deliver toolbox talks and contractor inductions.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance across multiple disciplines.
