Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Four years of fundraising experience in a non-profit setting
- Self-motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in directing clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience with collegiate fraternities or sororities beneficial but not mandatory

Day to day
- Drive impactful direct-mail campaigns and alumni relations programs

- Coordinate newsletters, solicitations, and other client publication materials
- Maintain database integrity and generate insightful fundraising reports
