Who you are

• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Four years of fundraising experience in a non-profit setting
• Self-motivated with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in directing clients through various channels, including email, phone, and video conferencing
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience with collegiate fraternities or sororities beneficial but not mandatory
