  • Direct experience creating editing and uploading flat files for new ASIN setup variations and bulk catalog updates
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve listing suppressions catalog errors and compliance issues
  • Experience opening and managing Amazon support cases to resolution
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI platforms specifically Claude to streamline workflows QA reporting and support research tasks
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail compliance and conversion best practices
  • Must be currently based in the United States
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
