Requirements
- Proven experience in developing Android applications with a strong portfolio of apps built in Kotlin or Java
- Experience working with complex user interactions such as real-time data streaming (websockets video/audio streaming)
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement clean modern and intuitive UIs
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with chat applications
- Familiarity with latest Android trends
- Strong problem-solving skills
Day to day
- Design develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin (preferred) or Java
- Work on complex user interactions particularly those involving real-time data streaming such as websockets or camera/microphone streaming
- Create clean modern and responsive user interfaces that enhance the user experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management design and backend engineering to deliver innovative solutions
