Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in SaaS or IT industry with a proven track record of successful project management, tech support and customer relationship management
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in hands-on integration experience
  • Experience working in the payments industry is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Strong understanding of industry standards
  • Excellent communication skills, can explain complex risk terms in business language – in English
  • Communicates clearly and manages change effectively
  • Knows how to get things done and gain commitment
  • Able to hold senior colleagues to account
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

What the job involves

  • The API Integration Specialist is responsible for driving customer success by ensuring seamless integration of MarTrust products with the customer’s software provider and delivering exceptional technical support.
  • This role will be instrumental in expanding our customer base, increasing customer retention, and enhancing overall product adoption.
  • You will collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to solve customer issues, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A technical mindset and basic coding skills are necessary for troubleshooting and analysis.
