Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration management marketing or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years product management or technical experience
- Experience owning a project end-to-end with meaningful trade-off decisions
- Experience in pharmacy healthcare logistics supply chain or operations preferred
- Experience building products for non-technical or frontline users preferred
- Experience in regulated or high-stakes environments preferred
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs API specifications integration patterns API gateways developer portals versioning security OAuth JWT governance and HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of healthcare data interchange standards preferred
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Product strategy and road mapping skills
- Data analysis and customer-centric data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to interpret API specifications and collaborate with engineering peers
- Ability to utilize AI tools and methodologies throughout the product and engineering lifecycle preferred
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and establish clear processes preferred

- Owns and extends the external API product across hub and pharmacy platforms
