Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in automation robotics sales engineering or project management preferred
- 2–5+ years in industrial automation with custom automation exposure
- Strong mechanical or mechatronics engineering background preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical design drawings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for proposals and documentation
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers and teams
- Experience presenting technical information to vendors clients and leadership
- Familiarity with electrical and pneumatic controls design
- Ability to troubleshoot complex challenges using written verbal or diagram-based instructions
- Experience evaluating cost factors including materials time tooling and expenses
- Highly self-motivated detail-oriented and collaborative
- Proficiency with CAD platforms and other automation technologies
- Strong understanding of automation hardware software and control systems
