- Experience within the metal cutting or precision tooling industry.
- Knowledge of 3 and 5 Axis CNC Turning and Milling machines.
- Understanding of exotic materials.
- Innovative and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM (MS Dynamics).

Day to day
- Evaluating customers manufacturing needs and providing complete engineering solutions.
- Engaging in customer-facing activities, analyzing complex applications, process improvements, tooling trials and recommendations.
- Providing technical support to sales team and other departments requiring knowledge of materials, machine tools, machining processes and 3 and 5 axis programming.
