Who you are
- Fluent in English and upper-intermediate in German
- At least 1 year of experience working with earthworks companies
- Minimum 2 years of total working experience
- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Business degree
- Creativity
- Flexibility
- Innovative
- Ability to conceive, develop and implement new ideas and concepts
- Ability to discuss with Kennametal management customer needs and requirements
- Intercultural competency and experience with international clients
- Willingness to travel abroad (75% in different European countries mainly the UK, Spain, Poland and Italy)
What the job involves
- Provide service to construction, trenching, road milling and mining customers mainly
- Work with different clients mainly located in the UK, Poland, Spain or Italy but also visit other European countries
- Develop and grow partnerships with customer engineering and manufacturing management personnel
