What the job involves

• Monitoring and maintenance of client's cloud-hosted software applications beyond standard business hours
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving customer support incidents related to applications, data or systems
• Providing out-of-business-hours application support services through deploying and managing AWS services and other cloud platforms, administering containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring operational performance and resolving issues with applications and environments, collaborating with developers on software defects, and communicating with customers until incident resolution
