- Proposals Management experience in international B2B transactions
- Relevant management experience in matrix organisation
- Knowledge of water and wastewater industry technologies
- Knowledge of international contracting practices
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English
- Availability to travel on business
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen and executive presence

Day to day
- Manage the application engineering team responsible for core project proposals
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 application engineers and proposals managers
- Define workload and business priorities in collaboration with the ITO Country Champions
