Who you are

• Radiography degree, Assistant Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
• Post qualification radiography experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident delivering presentations to both small and large groups
• Experience in training staff in clinical applications
• High levels of motivation, drive and enthusiasm
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel/stay away overnight
• Previous experience as an Applications Specialist
• CT/MRI experience would be beneficial but not essential

What the job involves

• Provide clinical training and support on the latest CR, DR and modalities technology
• Assist departments to maximise Image Quality and optimise their workflow
• Design local training courses and programmes for both installation and follow-up visits
• Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and post-sale product support
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams with specialist knowledge and support
• Create support documentation for internal and external customers
• Liaise with product developers in Japan and Europe for product knowledge and feedback
• Monitor, report on field activities and conduct meetings with company functions
• Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills
