Requirements

  • 2 years of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Technical support experience with web-based portal systems preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently
  • Willingness to learn and provide assistance to others
  • Associate degree or higher preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages

Day to day

  • Provide basic technical assistance and training for our web-based portal system utilizing multiple forms of communication such as phone, e-mail, messaging or fax
  • Respond efficiently to a variety of queries about web portal issues or inquiries from external physicians and clinical personnel
  • Serve as web portal system administrator by verifying, updating, or creating user accounts, monitoring system enhancement requests, and testing portal updates and modifications
  • Perform other Application Support duties as assigned
