What the job involves
Provide basic technical assistance and training for our web-based portal system utilizing multiple forms of communication such as phone, e-mail, messaging or fax
Respond efficiently to a variety of queries about web portal issues or inquiries from external physicians and clinical personnel
Serve as web portal system administrator by verifying, updating, or creating user accounts, monitoring system enhancement requests, and testing portal updates and modifications
Perform other Application Support duties as assigned
