Experience supporting batch & file transfer issues for on premise and Cloud
Significant experience providing technical specialism for application support for on premise systems in Windows & Unix OS

Broad Unix and Windows Application Support Engineer skills
Keen to use lessons learned in a new environment

Day to day

Provide operational 24/7 support and management of on premise & Azure cloud digital data platform
Offer technology expertise within application support and assist with technical cloud capability development
Proactively identify risks and swiftly resolve live issues while maintaining excellent customer service
