Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to manage multiple customer cases and tasks concurrently
  • Interest in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
  • Understanding of integration concepts APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Kubernetes
  • Customer-facing technical support or consultancy experience preferred
  • Ability to work from the Boston office a few times per year
