Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases and tasks concurrently
- Interest in programming languages such as Java or JavaScript
- Understanding of integration concepts APIs and web services
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Familiarity with public cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Kubernetes
- Customer-facing technical support or consultancy experience preferred
- Ability to work from the Boston office a few times per year

Day to day
- Independently manage and resolve customer platform issues across application development deployment and integration in a low-code environment
- Investigate reproduce and troubleshoot reported problems to identify root causes within platform infrastructure runtime and related software components
- Communicate findings and issue details clearly to R&D Product Management and Customer Success while balancing priorities and customer expectations
