Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field, coupled with at least 3 years’ experience
Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational databases in terms of both structure and querying
Possess strong business and data analysis skills and technical problem-solving ability
Exhibit excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management.

Lead and organize calls to proactively communicate with stakeholders about cases and projects
Investigate, identify, and address the source of data errors to solve customer business questions using SQL scripts
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Interact with product and development teams to assist in discovering and implementing technical solutions.
