Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in an Application Support role
  • Good working knowledge of SQL Server Stored Procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Excel Access Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Naturally inquisitive with excellent investigative skills
  • Methodical approach to problem solving

Day to day

  • Provide hands-on support for web-based applications and automated reporting systems used by internal teams and external clients globally.
  • Investigate support requests, distinguish expected behavior from bugs or user error, and respond accurately and promptly.
  • Work closely with the team on enhancements, bug fixes, issue tracking, code releases, and improving self-service support processes.
