Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in 2nd line application support or similar
- Previous experience working in a SaaS business environment
- Complex SQL script writing with Postgres preferred
- Strong foundational knowledge of web development technologies and languages
- Exposure to troubleshooting computer networking problems
- Ability to manage own workload under pressure
- Comfortable self motivating in a remote working environment
- Logical approach to software solutions and problem solving
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly

Day to day
- Provide 2nd line technical support to clients partners and internal users within a multi-tiered support team
- Manage the ticketing system and keep the query and resolution library current and accurate
- Build maintain and optimise complex SQL datasets for business intelligence reporting while assisting with database queries log analysis network investigations training and hotfix support
