Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field required.
  • Proven experience in enterprise application support customer service and using SaaS technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs SQL XML SOAP API and familiar with Java JavaScript HTML.
  • Ability to work independently document thoroughly and communicate effectively.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts including weekends and handle on-call duties.
