Day to day
- Provide application and business process support to improve efficiency and resolve issues in financial applications.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams while defining requirements, backlog items, and solution approaches.
- Develop test scripts, execute regression testing, analyze data, and support root cause analysis and production fixes.
