Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics Chemistry Computer Science or a related scientific field
- 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience with strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and OEM equipment including lithography PVD CVD Etch and CMP
- Experience in Fault Detection and Classification FDC computer networking and factory automation and/or FabGuard products is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and able to build strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for solving complex problems
- Highly organized with proficient computer skills
- Willingness to travel up to 30% with additional travel opportunities available

Day to day
- Deploy and support FabGuard semiconductor software with a focus on fault detection and classification.
- Partner with tool owners to determine which tool data sensor data and wafer logistics data should be traced in FabGuard and when tracing is appropriate.
- Provide technical assistance written and oral customer feedback onsite training and installation support for INFICON products and hardware as needed.
