Requirements
- 3–5 years in a customer-facing technical role or hands-on engineering role
- Software development experience in a high-scale startup or enterprise environment
- Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering agent design and evaluation frameworks
- Power user of Claude Code or equivalent AI coding assistants
- Familiarity with enterprise development toolchains CI/CD modern SDLC practices and cloud-native deployment on AWS GCP or Azure
- Communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity

- Organizational change experience
Day to day
- Embed with enterprise customers and own technical delivery across demos proof-of-value engagements and multi-week implementations
- Lead Claude Code Labs and customer workshops while guiding teams from beginner to power user across the Claude developer platform
- Co-build agentic applications modernize legacy systems and advise on AI-native development practices that change how teams ship software
