Requirements
- 6–10 years of software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in data structures system design SQL and application integration
- Proven track record of shipping production software
- Highly proficient with Claude Code
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems
- Programming fluency in Python and TypeScript JavaScript
- Comfort with Ruby a plus
- Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS platforms
- Background in enterprise applications such as Salesforce or NetSuite
- Strong command of SQL and data modeling
- Fluency with REST APIs OAuth2 webhooks pagination rate limiting and error handling
- Strong instincts for security data privacy and compliance
- Exceptional communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
- Ability to develop working familiarity with an existing application codebase and database schema
- Experience building MCP servers or equivalent tool API integration layers for AI systems
- Commitment to designing for maintainability and least complexity
Day to day
- Design and build production-grade AI and integration solutions that give internal teams reliable access to core product and operational data.
- Own the full delivery lifecycle for agentic systems, from scoping and architecture through deployment, iteration, and measurable business impact.
- Embed with Operations, Business Systems, and Product teams to translate workflow gaps into maintainable AI-powered tools and governed data access layers.
