  • Significant full-stack engineering experience
  • Proven experience deploying production-grade AI/ML systems and AI-powered products
  • Hands-on expertise with LLMs embeddings multimodal AI RAG and multi-agent frameworks
  • Strong backend API data pipeline cloud infrastructure and Python or JavaScript/TypeScript skills
  • Experience with image-based and visual AI workflows at scale
  • Ability to make trade-offs across latency cost scalability accuracy and UX
  • Track record of taking ambiguous problems from idea to shipped product
  • Strong product instincts visual sensibility and craftsmanship
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
