Who you are

  • Academic Background in Business Administration Sales or Marketing
  • Residing in the UK is mandatory
  • Very strong insights & business analytical skills experience in budget management and planning
  • Minimum of 7-10 years sales experience with at least 3-5 of those managing a sales team
  • Preferably experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Natural ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
  • An advocate for digital products and workflows to help growing our customers
  • Advanced presentation negotiation and coaching skills
  • Full clean driving license



What the job involves

  • Manage, coach, and motivate an assigned team of Territory Managers and Account Representatives
  • Provide leadership and coaching your team in one-on-one and group settings
  • Support and guide your team in developing sales plans and strategies to reach their targets
  • Support and enable growth mindset
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to drive growth
  • Ensure that your team addresses customers with specific action plans and customer-centric mindset
  • Co-travel with your team members and visit customers
  • Provide training in product knowledge, customer segmentation, and selling skills
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns when required
  • Hire high caliber Territory Managers to keep leading a high-performance team
  • Balance short-term operational needs with long-term organizational needs of the business
  • Regularly report sales performance of your team to the General Manager
  • Collaborate with a network of business leader colleagues to develop new ideas on how to bring sales forward
  • Get involved in projects outside of your regular scope of work
